Everything was nice. Excellent service, though a few employees were terrible. Positioned in the secure area. I loved a good restaurant with a local menu. Great reception. I had an enjoyable stay here and will be back.

Fairly clean hotel, ideal location right in the heart of town, delightful breakfast. Lots of supplies in the room: an individual safe and flat-screen TV. Loved bathroom with a bidet.

Location was perfectly comfortable and the hotel in general was stylish, I appreciated it. Bed was soft, room was nicely furnished and had an outstanding view. All of the staff were very kind, and host was gracious. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was delicious. Clean property, perfect service. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Monterosso al Mare.

very very helpful staff and room was warm and fantastic. beautiful location to cinque terre towns. also, i loved how exceptional the location was. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe and slippers. the staff did all they can for a delightful stay. the breakfasts here were wonderful with fabio's bakery and also freshly baked pastries.

We do recommend this hotel. This venue was brilliant base for exploring Monterosso al Mare, really enjoyed it. Amazing host running the hotel...

Perfect for vacation. Santuario di Soviore was indeed right by the hotel. 10 min walk from Monterosso train station. Room met my needs.

The hostess is wonderful. If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try ristorante al pozzo, which is 100 ft away: D
